Headquartered in the St. Louis suburb of Swansea, Illinois,
Rauckman High Voltage Sales covers all electric utilities, distributors
and consultants in Missouri, Kansas, Southern Illinois, Indiana, and
Ohio.
Dedicated to the electric utility market Rauckman High Voltage Sales,
LLC has grown since 1999 from a “one-man show” to now employing some of
the most experienced and talented sales people supplying products to the
electric utility industry.
Together Jim, Kevin, Jerry, and Bob have over 100 years
experience serving the electric utilities and the distributors that
participate in the utility marketplace.

JIM RAUCKMAN
Jim is the General Manager of Rauckman High Voltage Sales
and has outside sales responsibility for Ameren Headquarters,
AmerenUE and a select group of utilities in the St. Louis
metropolitan area.
Originally from the St. Louis area, Jim is a 1983 graduate of the
University of Missouri in Rolla where he earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Upon graduation Jim joined A.B. Chance Company in the role of an
Application Engineer working primarily on padmounted and overhead
switches throughout the United States. After two years as an Application
Engineer, he was given the sales responsibility for A.B. Chance in
Colorado, and parts of Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota. In this role
he had sales responsibility for all segments of Chance's market and all
customers, including distributors, investor owned utilities, municipals,
and cooperatives. In 1989, after approximately three years in the
Colorado market, Jim was promoted to Product Manager of padmounted
switches, fault indicators, and overhead switches at the A.B. Chance
factory. In this marketing role he had profit and loss responsibility
for over 10 million dollars in product sales. In 1992 Jim was promoted
to Regional Manager of Asia. In this role he had responsibility for all
in-country agents, distributors, utilities and licensees throughout
Southeast Asia. After approximately three years of international
responsibility, Jim was reassigned in 1995 by Hubbell to be Marketing
Manager for A.B. Chance products under Hubbell Power Systems. In this
role Jim had profit and loss responsibility for over 100 million dollars
in global sales. In 1999 Jim left Hubbell Power Systems to form Rauckman
High Voltage Sales.
Jim works out of Rauckman’s main office in
the St. Louis suburb of Swansea, IL.

KEVIN
CLIZER
Kevin has outside sales responsibility for Western
Missouri and Kansas.
Originally from the Kansas City area, Kevin is a 1989 graduate of the
University of Missouri in Columbia where he earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Upon graduation Kevin joined A. B. Chance as an Application Engineer
in Centralia, Missouri responsible for Cutouts, Fuse Links and
Sectionalizers. Kevin then relocated to the Seattle, Washington area
where he spent the next 6 years selling A. B. Chance (and later Ohio
Brass and Kerite) products to electrical utilities and distributors in
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.
In 1996 Kevin was promoted to Product Manager with Hubbell Power
Systems. In the Product Manager role Kevin has had responsibility for
overhead switches, padmount switches, fault indicators, fiberglass
products and anchors. In his most recent role Kevin had global marketing
responsibility for all of A. B. Chance's Hotline Tool business.
In 1999 Kevin left Hubbell Power Systems to join Rauckman High
Voltage Sales.
Kevin’s office is in the Kansas City suburb of Weston, MO.

JERRY SCHWIEDER
Jerry has outside sales responsibility for Southern Illinois
including the Illinois locations of Ameren: AmerenIP
(formerly Illinois Power Company), AmerenCIPS (formerly
Central Illinois Public Service) and AmerenCILCO (formerly
Central Illinois Lighting Company).
Originally from the St. Louis suburb of Collinsville, Illinois, Jerry
is a 1979 graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville,
Indiana where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business
Administration.
Upon graduation Jerry started in sales with Phillips Petroleum and
Ziegler Coal Company. In the mid-80’s Jerry joined the St. Louis sales
agency – Kenway, which later became part of Cleaves-Bessmer-Marietti,
Inc. (a.k.a. CBM) headquartered in Blue Springs, MO. In 1989 Jerry left
CBM to form his own sales agency which later joined with JSG Electric
headquartered in the Chicago area. Throughout the years Jerry has
continued to call on the electric utilities in Southern Illinois and
Eastern Missouri.
In September 2004 Jerry joined Rauckman High Voltage Sales to add
experience and continuity in serving the electric utility industry in
Southern Illinois.
Jerry’s office is in the southern Illinois town of St. Jacob, IL.

BOB
SLAUGHTER
Bob has outside sales responsibility for Indiana and
Ohio.
Bob is a 1973 graduate of Bowling Green Business College – Bowling
Green, Kentucky. Immediately after graduation Bob entered the electric
supply industry. Bob started as office manager for Dynalectric and
eventually became a Branch Manager.
Since 1985 Bob has spent 17 years in WESCO’s utility supply division
with an additional 3 years as a principal of a sales agency representing
manufacturers that serve the electric utility industry.
Bob’s experience and long-term relationships with distributors,
investor-owned utilities, member-owned cooperatives and municipal
organizations provides the catalyst for Rauckman’s most recent
geographic expansion.
Bob's office is located in Bloomington, Indiana.

SHIRLEY
RAUCKMAN
As office manager Shirley is responsible for quotations,
order entry, expediting and customer service.
Originally from St. Joseph Missouri, Shirley is a graduate of
Northwest Missouri State University where she earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Education.
Shirley taught elementary school for 18 years - 16 of those years
spent with learning disabled students. In 1999 Shirley dedicated her
full time efforts to Rauckman High Voltage Sales.
Shirley is located at Rauckman’s main office
in the St. Louis suburb of Swansea, IL.

JOANNE
LOCKWOOD
As the assistant office manager Joanne assists for
quotations, order entry, expediting and customer service.
A longtime resident of the St. Louis suburb of Fairview Heights,
Illinois, Joanne and her late husband Rich raised three children.
Joanne re-entered the workforce in 1992 when she joined Magna Banks
in Belleville, Illinois. Joanne worked for 10 years in Magna Banks'
(later Union Planters Bank) loan operations center. In June 2002
Joanne joined Rauckman High Voltage Sales.

in the St. Louis suburb of Swansea, IL.
